When wanting to find information online, how do we start a search when we have a given topic?
Questions to think about when creating an intentional search:
-What keywords work and what keywords don't?
-How do we know the websites that are popping up in our searches are giving us accurate and the right information we're searching for?
-Are we going to go through all the websites given from that search?
-What makes it a good website to use for information (credible)?
All these questions are important questions to be asking and looking for when going out and doing a search to find the information needed. These are also all important to keep in mind during any search.
Now go off on your own and I want you to answer questions about different websites found when doing an intentional search about the three branches of U.S. Government.
When you have completed the worksheet and have extra time you may play around with the Branches of Government Game to help you learn more information about the different branches.
